Our group of creative digital bees is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can take care of marketing campaigns through SEM, Google Display, and Facebook. Apart from chit-chatting in the office when you are not buzzing around, you are needed to manage and drive online businesses on e-commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, eBay, etc.

Responsibilities
- Executing marketing campaigns through SEM, Google Display & FB.
- Managing & driving the online business on eCommerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, eBay, etc
- Content Optimization & Optimizing Listing as per the e-commerce portal guidelines
- Periodic reporting to management on the performance of campaigns.
- Gathering insights into campaigns and consumer behavior and implementing the learnings.
- Partner with the marketing manager to ensure that different campaigns are being executed.
- Developing and executing new and innovative strategies for consumer acquisition.
- Continuous experiment and run A/B Testing on campaigns, messaging, and targeting to improve ROI.
- You will help create & execute the strategy for new user acquisition and also returning user engagement on Google & FB.
- Along with running the accounts, you will also contribute to our overall growth strategy nationally as well as at a city-level marketing strategy.
- ·Researching new trends and happenings in Paid channels
Requirements
- Must have knowledge of Google Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn & Facebook Ads.
- Be hands-on search, display, shopping & app campaigns including A/B testing ads
- Must have experience in Online Lead Generation.
- Manage Content Calendar – All Social Media Platforms
- Experience with Google Search Console & Google Analytics
- A go-better with high dedication and enthusiasm in Digital Marketing
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in Online Lead Generation
- Work with team members to plan and implement strategic online marketing campaigns
- 3 + years of experience with the following (or related) marketing platforms and tools (PPC, SEO, CRM, SEM tools):
- Required: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, Call Tracking Metrics (CTM), SEO
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field/equivalent experience
